Rachelle Ferneau

Rachelle Ferneau is an operations leader with a deep commitment to progressive Jewish causes. In her current role as Executive Operations Administrator, she draws on her strengths in executive and board relations, organizational strategy, event planning, and development. With a people-centered, process-oriented approach to her work, Rachelle is dedicated to exceptional customer service, community-building, and continuous organizational improvement.

Rachelle brings a diverse professional background spanning healthcare and social services, biotech, luxury homebuilding, and - most notably - more than a decade of small business ownership. These experiences shaped her holistic approach to leadership, combining executional excellence with empathy and creativity, and continue to inform how she supports mission-driven organizations and senior leaders today.

Originally from Los Angeles, Rachelle earned a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Psychology, which influences her thoughtful approach to both her personal and professional life. She currently resides in the Washington, D.C. metro area with her family.

Outside of work, Rachelle loves designing and crocheting sweaters, taking long walks along the Potomac River, cultivating her orchid collection, and hiking—especially while traveling.
