Olivia Wallen

Olivia Wallen is the Engagement Team Administrator at Project Shema, where she supports the Engagement Team in their work making connections and building trust. A seasoned operations professional, Olivia believes that strong partnerships are built on strong systems and she brings nearly a decade of experience ensuring the details are handled so that meaningful relationships can flourish.

Prior to joining Project Shema, Olivia worked in the tech sector, wrangling operations and organizing chaos. 

Olivia has a deep background in Jewish communal life, with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Jewish Studies from Indiana University, and has been actively involved in every Jewish community she has had the privilege to call home.

Olivia lives outside of Denver, Colorado with her husband of over 25 years and five cats. She has four young adult children who are among her favorite people in the world. When she's not at work, you can find her gardening, quilting, or hiking the gorgeous Rocky Mountains.
