Kristin Booth

Partnership Engagement Manager

Kristin is a passionate program manager with extensive experience in volunteer recruitment, community engagement, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Partnership Engagement Manager at Project Shema, she is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and driving impactful initiatives that strengthen community bonds. In her previous role as Manager of National Campaigns & Partnerships at the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), Kristin led cross-functional teams, coordinated high-profile events, and developed outreach strategies that increased engagement across diverse audiences.


Throughout her career, Kristin has demonstrated expertise in managing logistics, building relationships, and executing successful campaigns. Her professional background includes public relations and special events, outreach strategy development, and teaching Career Technical Education at the high school level. She is committed to supporting organizations in their efforts to create educational, positive, and lasting community outcomes.


Originally from San Antonio, TX, and raised in Southern California, Kristin holds a marketing degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Outside of work, Kristin is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, a houseplant enthusiast, and currently engaged in a year-long crochet project that transforms daily weather data into a colorful visual record.


Kristin resides in Southern California with her spouse of 15 years, their daughter Juniper, and their spoiled Beta fish, Kugel.
