Kristin Booth
Partnership Engagement Manager
Kristin is a passionate program manager and community organizer whose work lives at the intersection of social justice, wellness, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Partnership Engagement Manager at Project Shema, she is dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships and driving impactful initiatives that build empathy and strengthen communities.
In her previous role as Manager of National Campaigns & Partnerships at the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), Kristin worked closely on the Jews for Abortion Access campaign, helping to coordinate high-profile events and developing outreach strategies that expanded engagement across diverse audiences.
Kristin is deeply committed to reproductive justice, showing up not only as a professional advocate but as a trained abortion doula (Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings) and a grassroots community organizer with Planned Parenthood. Her activism is grounded in lived experience and a deep belief in accessible, affirming care for all.
With a background in public relations, education, and event strategy, Kristin brings a unique blend of logistical expertise and human-centered leadership to her work. As a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, she has led trauma-informed Yoga for 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) groups, drawing from her own recovery journey with eating disorders to support others in healing.
Originally from San Antonio, TX and raised in Southern California, Kristin holds a marketing degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. She now resides in the Pacific Northwest with her spouse of 15 years and their daughter, Juniper.
She’s a houseplant enthusiast and is currently working on a year-long crochet project that transforms daily weather data into a vibrant visual record.
