Daniel Bral

Director of Education

Daniel Bral is the Director of Education at Project Shema. He is a first-generation Jewish Iranian American writer on American Jewry, Israel, and peace; a civil rights attorney; and California Democratic Party Delegate. He received his bachelor’s degree from UCLA and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review. Daniel’s law review article on Israel’s Nation-State Law was one of three student articles selected for publication.

Inspired by his late grandfather, Dr. Moossa Bral, the sole Jewish member of parliament in pre-revolution Iran at the time, Daniel is a devoted Jewish community leader and peace builder.
