Facilitators lead our proprietary training workshops and help support (coach) trained participants as they engage on these issues after our workshops. These sessions range from one hour briefings to 4+ hour workshops, virtual and in-person. Content is delivered to the Jewish community and to non-Jewish audiences. This specific Facilitator will ideally be based in Pacific or Mountain US time zones to manage west coast travel and partners.

The Talent Manager will support the Vice President of Operations in leading our people strategy by building and nurturing the team at Project Shema. This role is responsible for supporting the continuing evolution of efforts around the recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and retention of staff. This will include shaping equitable and inclusive talent practices, leading the development and rollout of people related metrics, and fostering a progressive workplace culture that reflects our organizational values.

The Team Administrator will support the Vice President of Engagement at Project Shema. This role is responsible for handling the administrative side of engagement efforts with partners and potential partners. The Team Administrator will take notes and maintain records of partner meetings, own database management of leads, support calendar management and updates for Project Shema programming, and support communication efforts with potential partners.
