Raymond Roker

Raymond Leon Roker is a media executive and creative leader with over 30 years of experience in music culture, storytelling, and documentary production. A Bahamian-American and Ashkenazi storyteller, he recently co-founded the EXODUS Leadership Forum with Van Jones as an effort to rebuild the historic Black-Jewish alliance.

His work includes producing "Coachella: 20 Years in the Desert" (2020), which chronicled two decades of the iconic music festival, and serving as a creative executive at AEG from 2013 to 2020, where he led content development for one of the world's leading entertainment groups.
